Care Expert - Healthcare Insurance

About the role

Alan is building a prevention insurance platform that combines insurance, prevention and care, and is hiring Care Experts in Spain. The role turns member requests into positive experiences, acting as a trusted guide for members and their B2B corporate health insurance partners. About 80% of your time supports members and 20% drives Care projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide meaningful, swift and accurate solutions to members, with transparent guidance at every step
• Learn the Spanish healthcare system and the needs of corporate health insurance partners
• Lead Care projects such as member empowerment initiatives and cross-community product innovations
• Identify and implement process improvements, turn data insights into actions and lead end-to-end implementation
• Guide and inspire colleagues and help attract top Care talent

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-support role
• Full working proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Passion for caring for members and solving their problems
• Very empathetic, motivated and entrepreneurial, thriving in collaborative environments
• Legally eligible to work in Spain

Required skills

• Written communication
• Navigating technology and using digital tools and AI
• Bonus: knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system (taught if needed)
