Outbound Calls French Market - French Native Speaker (Remote, Spain)

About the role

iQVIA is recruiting French native speakers to join its Madrid production hub, working remotely. The main purpose is to build a stable pool of doctors who will take part regularly in market research studies. You will build trust with participants during recruitment and follow-up, and keep their information up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation in market research studies.
• Create doctor engagement and invite them to join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve high participation rates.
• Maintain accurate information on healthcare professionals and help them with queries.
• Use different communication channels and arguments to reach expected participation rates.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and, in some cases, translating short text passages.

Required profile

• French native speaker.
• Good working knowledge of English for training, meetings and internal communications.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
