Customer Care Representative - Service & Repair

About the role

Medtronic is building its new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization and is looking for Customer Care Representatives in Madrid, Spain. The role is part of a hybrid arrangement covering Spain, with minimal travel mainly for business meetings, training or organizational initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner for customers, helping ensure that medical devices are repaired, maintained and returned to service quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair journey
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders and follow-up to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Work with service engineers, repair centers, logistics teams and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
• Handle escalations, including product and service complaints, with timely resolution and follow-up
• Support quality and compliance requirements in a highly regulated MedTech environment
• Contribute to process improvements and take part in projects, system enhancements and UAT activities

Required profile

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, service support or a related field
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Ability to manage several priorities accurately and with attention to detail
• Experience working within established processes in an operational setting

Required skills

• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
• Preferred: ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences or manufacturing, handling escalations and process improvement work

What we offer

• Salary range in Spain of 24,800 to 37,200 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications
