Cleaner – Hospitality (Full‑time Seasonal)

About the role

The Cleaner is essential to maintaining the premium look and feel of Nikki Beach’s Marbella resort. Working across public, staff and operational areas, you will ensure every space meets the brand’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public, staff and operational areas daily, including restrooms, changing rooms, offices, storage areas and staff zones.
• Uphold top hygiene standards in high‑traffic zones such as the restaurant, pool deck, entrance and beach walkways.
• Perform regular deep‑cleaning tasks as directed by housekeeping supervision.
• Replenish restroom and hygiene supplies promptly.
• Handle laundry collection and delivery for towels, linens, uniforms and guest items.
• Sort and dispose of waste according to sustainability guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards immediately.
• Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely, following SOPs.
• Monitor cleaning product stock and communicate restocking needs.
• Support events or service teams during peak periods by resetting and tidying spaces quickly.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists for opening, mid‑shift and closing routines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• High standards of personal grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays and evenings.
