Client Host Experience - Boutique

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Client Experience Host for its Madrid boutique. The role acts as the main point of contact for clients on the shop floor and supports the retail teams with seamless hospitality, creating and curating a luxury experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and host clients, meeting them as they arrive and anticipating their needs
• Provide personalised service and organise hospitality around appointments
• Ensure optimal use of the queue management system
• Monitor appointments: track attendance and purchases
• Work closely with Fashion Advisors (FAs) to know their clients and coach them on the details of a successful appointment
• Perform soft concierge duties such as arranging transport, local hospitality reservations and recommendations
• Know boutique policies, procedures and client services in depth

Required profile

• Experience in a luxury environment or a similar role in the hospitality industry
• High English and Spanish level
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a highly collaborative environment
