Client Service Manager (Spanish-speaking) – Madrid

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a client service manager based in Madrid who speaks Spanish. The role combines activity management, team leadership and close collaboration with the Regional Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Activity management: consolidate and validate KPIs for site activities, contribute expertise to projects, develop and implement action plans to improve them, and assess and approve recruitment needs.
• Team management: develop team leaders and employees, define and challenge collective and individual annual objectives, and recruit in line with the company's caring values.
• Collaboration: act as the liaison to the Regional Manager, giving visibility into team activities.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (Bac 2).
• Proven experience in team management, showing leadership and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and stress management, able to handle complex or conflictual situations.
• Good organisation and planning, and data analysis skills to monitor KPIs.
• Good command of English and Spanish; other languages are an asset.

What we offer

• Meal allowance of 9 EUR per day worked and transport allowance of 50 EUR per month (gross).
• Performance bonuses: up to 170 EUR gross annually, up to 200 EUR gross per quarter, and an annual bonus of 5% of the annual base salary paid in December.
• Insurance membership from the first day of integration, payable by the employer.
