German CS Representative - Banking Sector

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting native German speakers with Spanish at B2 level to join an international customer support project in the banking sector in Spain. The position supports German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat, and is based in Madrid or Valencia. It suits people who want to build an international career in customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers through phone, email and chat
• Assist clients with general inquiries, front-desk incidents, account-related questions and other customer support requests
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Work in a shift-based operation and communicate with customers across different channels

Required profile

• Native-level German
• Spanish at B2 or higher, and English at B2 or higher
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working via phone, email and chat
