Client Success Manager (Hebrew Speaking)

About the role

Gartner is hiring a Client Success Manager in Barcelona who speaks Hebrew. The Client Success team focuses on customer service and client retention rather than business growth and development. Associates maintain a portfolio of clients, ensure each receives value beyond their investment in Gartner services, and help clients understand their business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with existing clients, from senior C-level executives to more junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
• Meet clients regularly, often virtually, to understand their business priorities and recommend a programme of action that drives high-value retention and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximise the value delivered to clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hebrew and English at a business level 4+.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
