CNC Machine Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a leading aerospace manufacturing organization in Spain. The role involves operating and programming CNC equipment to produce high‑precision aerospace components in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining centers, lathes and manual machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Set up and prepare equipment for production runs, selecting appropriate tools and machining conditions.
• Program and modify machining parameters directly on the machine using ISO code.
• Machine a variety of metals including aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium and high‑nickel alloys.
• Inspect and measure components against engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial machining experience.
• Strong experience with CNC lathes, machining centers and multi‑axis machines.
• Ability to work rotating shifts when required.
