About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team at the Royal Hideaway Hotel in Santa Catalina. You will work under the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to the menu specifications and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes following the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and replenishment of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies according to established standards and orders.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with work procedures, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Higher level vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy.
• Completed APPCC (HACCP) course.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail in task execution.

Required skills

• APPCC (HACCP) knowledge.
