Cocinero/a para hotel en Ponent Beach

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join the kitchen team at our beachfront hotel in Ponent Beach, Mallorca. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to the established menu specifications and contributing to a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes following the technical sheets of the rotating menu.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, reheating and restocking of food items.
• Receive and store food supplies according to established standards and orders.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene and current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher‑level vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Completion of an HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar kitchen role.
• No language requirement.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
