About the role

We are looking for passionate cooks to join Florentine in Marbella for the summer 2026 season, preparing authentic Italian dishes in a high‑volume, upscale casual dining environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare dishes following Florentine recipes and quality standards.
Manage your station throughout service, ensuring smooth operation.
Perform mise en place, receive and store ingredients properly.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably Italian or Mediterranean cuisine.
Organised, able to work quickly and enjoy teamwork.

Required skills

Knowledge of food safety procedures (HACCP).
