Combat Business Planning and Reporting Analyst (Temp Agency)

About the role

A temporary position as a Program Business Planning and Financial Reporting Analyst has opened up at Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). Reporting to the Combat Spain Program Business Planning and Financial Reporting Manager within TFACS-TL2, the jobholder supports the TAC and EF-Services Spain Program Organization in preparing the Combat Spain Financial Business Plan and achieving financial targets through reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Elaborate financial planning (budget plans, forecasts, etc.) and outlooks and upload them into the systems
• Carry out monthly financial closing and prepare monthly financial reports
• Produce ad-hoc financial combat reports as required
• Manage risks and opportunities, anticipating financial and operational risks and advising on mitigation strategies
• Identify actionable drivers for saving materialization
• Support external audits and prepare cost information for proposals and price investigations when needed
• Help the business navigate finance processes and ensure strict adherence to business-to-finance compliance requirements

Required profile

• Finance background with more than 3 years in controlling
• Experience in reporting is a must
• Experience in international, cross-functional projects and programs
• Team spirit and ability to handle urgent requests
• English skills required
