Treasury Specialist

About the role

Colibrix One builds AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs and neobanks across the EU and UK, and is a licensed Electronic Money Institution and principal member of VISA and Mastercard. It is looking for a Treasury Specialist to support daily financial operations, manage liquidity and ensure timely payment processing. The role involves monitoring account balances, resolving payment issues and keeping accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and oversee payment transactions, verifying payments and resolving issues
• Track daily operational transactions and keep accurate records
• Continuously monitor account balances and process financial data
• Ensure cost-effective and legally compliant operations
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation workflow
• Work with the Financial team on financial reporting and forecasting
• Monitor subscription billing cycles and ensure uninterrupted system operations

Required profile

• Experience as a Back Office Specialist, Payment Specialist, Operational Specialist or similar
• Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• Background in banks, fintech or financial institutions
• Fluency in English and Russian

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of operations and compliance
• Deep understanding of payment processes and payment systems
