Commercialization Manager – Immunology Respiratory Spain

About the role

Regeneron, a biotechnology company developing medicines for serious diseases, is looking for a Commercialization Manager Immunology Respiratory Spain to join its Commercial Immunology team. The role covers local commercialization across respiratory indications, market development and commercial performance, and represents Regeneron in alliance partnerships, working with sales, marketing and cross-functional teams. It is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Work with alliance partners to implement local immunology commercialization strategies across respiratory indications
• Partner with the Sales team to provide training and direction that supports execution of strategic priorities
• Support local tactical plans and develop sales support materials for effective field execution
• Track agreed KPIs to spot early course-correction opportunities and optimize tactics
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to share local market insights, advise strategy and support brand planning
• Support commercial training for the local Salesforce team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or alliance management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Established track record of success in pharmaceutical marketing roles
• Outstanding knowledge of specialty care commercialization in Spain
• Experience in immunology and/or respiratory therapeutic areas preferred; product launch experience preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities

• Salary range of EUR 58,200 to EUR 97,000 per year
