Commis Chef (Kitchen Assistant)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Commis Chef (Ayudante de Cocina) to join its kitchen team in Seville. The role supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, which delivers the guest dining experience across the whole hotel, and works within a team focused on guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and deliver the guest dining experience to the highest standard.
• Work as part of a team that responds positively and promptly to guest enquiries and problems.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely and professional way.
• Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, including hotel initiatives and targets.
• Work with the direct supervisor to control costs and inventory and to maintain productivity and performance levels.
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, and follow up as required.

Required profile

• Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks.
