Food & Beverage Assistant (Long-Term Temporary, 32h/week)

About the role

A Radisson hotel in Seville is looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join its team. The position is a long-term temporary contract of 32 hours per week, focused on supporting the smooth running of the food and beverage department and delivering a high-quality guest service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standard.
• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction, responding positively and on time to guest enquiries.
• Take responsibility for the duties assigned, carrying them out in a timely and professional way.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, helping achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with the direct supervisor to control costs and inventory and to attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, and follow up as required.

Required profile

• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.

• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
