Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and design concepts to define the future of aircraft development.
• Define and author technical specifications and requirements for innovative aerospace systems and components.
• Partner with multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams to integrate new technological solutions.
• Drive prototype creation and lead proof-of-concept testing for advanced designs.
• Analyse complex data sets and test results to refine and optimise designs and processes.
• Deliver technical reports and strategic recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in aircraft or aerospace systems design, ideally in an advanced R&D environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Mastery of industry-standard CAD/CAE tools such as CATIA, 3DX, PLM, PASS and CPD.
