About the role
We are looking for a Night Concierge to join the reception team at Occidental Jandía Playa. The role covers the overnight shift, ensuring guests receive professional assistance and information while maintaining smooth hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide qualified assistance and information to guests during the night shift.
- Report to the Reception Manager on the progress of tasks and any incidents.
- Assume hotel responsibilities delegated by the Reception Manager or Director.
- Communicate the hotel’s general and specific objectives to staff and encourage their involvement.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4‑star hotel.
- Formal education in tourism or related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English and/or German.
