Contact Center Executive - French

About the role

HBX Group is seeking a French‑speaking Contact Center Executive to join its Customer Relationship Center in Mallorca. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support to travel‑related clients, helping them enjoy unique holiday experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone and email with a proactive, courteous, and helpful approach.
• Resolve requests, issues, and complaints promptly in line with company policies and terms.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty by promoting goodwill with both customers and internal sales teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities during daily work and suggest actionable solutions.
• Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or alternative solutions when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, essential for listening and crafting balanced solutions.
• Flexibility to support the global support team as needed.
