German-speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

Are you passionate about technology and cars? Join Bosch Service Solutions to assist customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes or use power equipment, providing first‑level technical support, product information and IoT app guidance in German.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails and letters, ensuring timely and professional handling of customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information, resolve client queries, and explain company policies clearly.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service and building rapport with customers.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle queries with empathy.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy collaborative team environments.
• Tech‑savvy, analytical mindset and interest in automotive and IoT technologies.
• C2 level German and fluent English; interviews may be in either language.
• Based in Barcelona with a valid NIE number.
