Content Marketing Manager, Organic Growth (SEO & AEO)

About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager, Organic Growth (SEO & AEO) to shape the voice and visibility of a leading technology platform serving the app economy. Based in Spain and working in a remote‑first, highly collaborative environment, you will turn industry trends and research insights into compelling stories that engage developers, founders and technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish industry commentary on market developments, platform changes, policy updates and emerging trends.
• Create clear, actionable content that explains complex shifts in the app ecosystem.
• Own external communications for company announcements, milestones, executive thought leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with product, research and leadership teams to amplify product launches and major reports.
• Lead content distribution strategies across social media, outreach, media engagement and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and strengthen social presence with opinion‑driven content.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and audience interests to identify timely content opportunities.
• Measure and optimise content performance, audience engagement and organic growth metrics.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content creation, communications or marketing, preferably in technology or developer ecosystems.
• Exceptional writing ability with a talent for translating complex topics into clear narratives.
• Strategic thinker who can align content with business goals and data‑driven insights.
• Passion for technology, app platforms and organic audience growth.
