Marketing Manager – Remote (Spain)

About the role

Coverflex is looking for a senior Marketing Manager to own and execute the full marketing engine for the Spanish market. Working remotely, you will drive campaigns, SEO, content, events, social media and PR while supporting the Head of Marketing’s cross‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Q3‑Q4 2026 marketing calendar on time, covering events, campaigns, content, SEO and social.
• Build and maintain a consistent SEO and content pipeline with monthly targets.
• Increase qualified inbound leads (MQLs) from Spain and track growth.
• Launch at least one PR or brand activation with measurable reach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across countries and languages.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with full professional fluency in English.
• Senior‑level experience managing end‑to‑end marketing activities.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
• Willingness to onboard and mentor a junior team member from day one.

What we offer

• Base salary between €34,000 and €45,000 per year.
