Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

This full-time Content Marketing role in Spain is responsible for researching products, trends and best practices and managing website content. It works with campaign managers, runs content audits, manages agency collaboration and budgets, and keeps content performance tracked and legally compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information on products, consumer trends and industry best practices.
• Upload, organise and manage content on the website or content management system.
• Collaborate with campaign managers and oversee the editorial or content calendar at an intermediate level.
• Perform content audits so content is relevant, error-free, well structured and grammatically correct, and map personas and journey stages.
• Manage collaboration with assigned agencies and control the budget against targets.
• Facilitate communication between marketing, design and product teams to keep messaging consistent.
• Map the flow of content across the initiative, including nurture tools.
• Track content performance with analytics tools, monitoring traffic, engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with copyright and privacy laws.
• Resolve moderate digital content issues independently while following company policy.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in persona, customer journey and editorial content, or an advanced degree with little or no experience.
• Preferred certifications listed as NA.
