Cook (Cocinero/a) – Hotel in Oviedo, Asturias

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook (Cocinero/a) to join the kitchen team at our hotel in Oviedo, Asturias. You will work under the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality dishes that follow our menu specifications and maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes according to technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established procedures.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with current safety, hygiene and legislation requirements.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Cooking and Gastronomy.
• HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar kitchen role.
• No language requirement.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and meticulous work style.
