Country Activation Marketer – Abrasive Solutions – Spain

About the role

3M is hiring a Country Activation Marketer for its Abrasive Solutions Division (ASD) in Spain, based in Madrid. The role drives share gain through demand generation, sales enablement and local program execution, giving insights to area and global teams. It is a full-time position with an on-site model of at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Madrid, with travel of up to 20-25% domestic and international.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local activities aligned to the division activation calendar with the local sales team, activating go-to-market models and sales enablement tactics
• Run demand generation programming and track conversion from the area activation plan at country level, driving volume out through local channels and converter partners
• Provide local analytics and insights to AMOL and global teams, and lead to revenue and account targeting
• Communicate marketing updates to local sales and channel teams
• Advance local market share growth and 3M brand preference through Area Marketing Operations and Area Portfolio
• Execute the local activation plan built from global priorities, deploy key campaigns and commercialise new products end-to-end
• Partner with sales on share gain, track competitive market insights and support the Spain country team's portfolio management

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales and/or marketing
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline
• Fluent Spanish and strong English
• Strong operational acumen and ability to influence diverse teams
