Creative Strategist (Spain Remote)

About the role

Orbio World builds scalable systems and products for global e-commerce, and its Creatives Team works like a creative sales unit focused on performance. It is hiring a Creative Strategist to set creative direction and priorities that move paid channels' revenue, profit and CPA in the right direction. The role is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own traffic source growth and set long-term and tactical creative plans and priorities
• Keep channels, structures, angles and testing frameworks healthy and on target
• Develop creative concepts that can win across placements and platforms
• Spot issues early, take action and recover quickly from campaign drops
• Turn market, competition and trend gaps into immediate opportunities
• Work daily with the Creative Lead and Media Buyers to plan, test and scale
• Mentor and guide performance creatives, editors and designers

Required profile

• Creative architect whose direction and testing strategy drives product performance across channels
• Strong direct response mastery and understanding of conversion psychology and funnel mechanics
• Able to build clear storylines using proven structures and winning elements
• Manages stakeholders well and pitches, aligns and wins decisions using data and clear logic

Required skills

• Strong command of AI and tooling, able to discover, test and roll out automated workflows
• Ability to lead innovation by bringing new formats and predicting trends
