About the role
Ingram Micro, the world's largest technology distributor, is looking for an intern to join its Credit & Collections team in Barcelona. The role covers credit risk analysis and collections work, with a high level of English and another EU language required.
Key responsibilities
- Credit risk: examine financial transactions and credit history case by case (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents)
- Routinely monitor credit limits for compliance
- Manage a broad, multi-country customer portfolio across Europe
- Manage the collections tool daily and communicate with customers by phone and email
- Reporting: good Excel knowledge highly appreciated
Required profile
- Flexibility to perform a diverse range of tasks in the Credit & Collections department
- Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength
- High level of spoken and written English (interview in English) plus another EU language (German, French or Italian)
- Business or Accounting degree
