Credit & Collections Senior Analyst

About the role

MiniMed is looking for a Credit & Collections Senior Analyst to lead the design and implementation of its collections and dunning processes across all OUS markets. The role has two phases: a build phase until September 2027, focused on mapping current processes and configuring S/4HANA FSCM, and a run phase starting then, covering daily operations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build phase: map end-to-end collections processes (dunning, escalation, payment plans, legal referral) by market
• Design the dunning program, including levels, days, tone, templates and market-specific rules
• Define S/4HANA FSCM worklist configuration, prioritization rules, contact logging and promise-to-pay tracking
• Write collections scripts and email templates by market and language
• Define escalation matrix and payment plan approval thresholds
• Write, execute and validate UAT test scripts, attend S/4HANA workshops and support knowledge transfer
• Support team building, onboarding and training
• Run phase: review and prioritize the daily worklist, approve payment plans within threshold, coach collectors, produce daily and weekly performance reports, handle first-level escalations and own KPIs such as DSO, CEI and overdue percentage

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B and B2C collections experience
• Dunning management experience and experience in multi-country collections
• Strong customer communication skills by phone and in writing, excellent English and at least two other European languages
• Preferred: team lead or supervisory experience, healthcare, medical devices or pharma background, and multi-country EMEA or shared services experience

Required skills

• SAP collections module or FSCM worklist experience (preferred)
• Process documentation and mapping skills
• Preferred: S/4HANA FSCM experience and experience designing dunning programs
