Customer Care Agent – Digital Branch Global (Bilingual German, English, Spanish)

About the role

SIXT is expanding its team of Customer Care Agents for its digital branch, supporting customers 24/7 by phone, email and video. The agent guides customers through the entire pick-up process, from preboarding and verification to the start of their journey, combining personal service with digital solutions. The position is based in Palma de Mallorca.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email and video around the clock, guiding them through verification, digital pick-up and the start of their journey
• Explain processes clearly in video calls and reassure customers, especially when digital workflows raise questions
• Answer questions about reservations, rentals and pick-ups and help finalise bookings
• Review customer data and find quick solutions when information is missing or unclear
• Work internationally with SIXT stations in other countries so customers can get on the road without detours
• Recommend suitable products and services to improve the rental experience

Required profile

• Fluent German, English and Spanish (all three languages are required)
• Quickly identifies customer needs and guides them to a solution
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and willing to work a 24/7 shift model including weekends and public holidays
• Enjoys collaborating with international colleagues and teams
• Recognises additional needs and recommends suitable products and services

Required skills

• Ability to explain complex processes simply and present confidently in video calls
• Natural use of modern tools, digital processes and technical solutions
