Customer Care Agent – Spanish Native, Portuguese, Barcelona

About the role

Porsche Digital is building a new Customer Relations Hub in Barcelona and is looking for a bilingual Customer Care Agent. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers and will also support Portuguese‑speaking clients, helping them enjoy a seamless digital experience with the Porsche brand.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Porsche Digital’s products and services to customers from the Iberian market.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide clear and accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute ideas to improve the Customer Relations Hub’s processes and service quality.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and proficient Portuguese and English.
• Previous experience in automotive or luxury customer service.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to understand customer needs quickly.
