Customer Service Advisor – Dutch & French (Remote, Spain)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join TUI’s Customer Service Team. The role is focused on handling program changes, flight adjustments, cancellations and other travel‑related issues for Dutch‑ and French‑speaking customers. The position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Inform travelers about itinerary changes, cancellations, overbookings and other disruptions.
• Negotiate with airline and hotel partners to secure suitable alternatives.
• Act as the first point of contact via phone, email and social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Manage incidents such as natural disasters or political unrest and coordinate with internal departments.
• Document cases and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English, with the right to work in Spain.
• Proven experience in a contact‑center or tourism environment.
• Resilient, able to work under pressure and make quick decisions during crises.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Team‑oriented and comfortable handling stressful situations.
