Customer Service Representative – English (Terrassa)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join Donaldson’s Industrial Solutions Customer Service team in Terrassa, Barcelona. The role focuses on supporting customers throughout the order process, building strong relationships and contributing to the growth of our business across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and online support to customers and internal teams.
• Handle and resolve inquiries and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Process order information received via email or verbally, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the order management system.
• Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service or administration.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Turkish, Italian) are a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
