Customer Service Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Join MSX International’s Barcelona Contact Center as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve complex and escalated cases, monitoring them until closure.
• Identify cases that require escalation to specialized teams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in line with project KPIs.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual French speaker.
• Strong English proficiency (B2‑C1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, contact centre or related roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
