Customer Service Representative – French Speaking (Onsite)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona. You will work in a bilingual environment, supporting customers in French and English while contributing to the fashion industry's digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email and other channels.
• Log all contacts accurately and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and internal systems.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to ensure effective resolution.
• Capture required data in the CRM and manage post‑sales requests such as logistics, warranties and refunds.

Required profile

• Diverse background, curious, motivated and eager to learn.
• Passionate about helping others and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Bilingual French with an advanced level of English.
• Comfortable working in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong listening and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for data entry and case management.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (39 hours/week), Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00.
