Customer Solution Analyst - Nutrition

About the role

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide is looking for a Customer Solution Analyst for its Nutrition business in Esplugues de Llobregat. The role drives the Perfect Order Cycle approach to reduce waste and complexity in the order-to-cash flow for nutrition customers such as hospitals, pharmacies and wholesalers of infant nutrition and Nestle Health Science products. It is a temporary, hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Demand capture: complete and resolve demand capture failures within the service level agreement.
• Order filtering: contact customers or internal contacts to resolve blocked orders and align material information so orders can be captured.
• Order fulfilment: propose and agree mitigation actions for out-of-stock, stock allocation, delivery creation, transportation and warehouse issues, and keep customers informed.
• Billing: collaborate with billing on billing issues that require customer contact.
• Returns and refusals: act as the main customer contact, register returns and refusals, analyse refusal reasons, check return policy compliance, coordinate destruction of goods and guide claims management.
• Monitor open orders against SOPs, escalate issues, optimize orders for logistics efficiency and implement the company's digital solutions (Customer Portal, Connect).
• Manage stakeholder relationships in the market and CoC, take part in operational reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management or supply chain.
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
• Experience in a B2B environment and cross-functional coordination.
• Customer-oriented with strong issue resolution, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to digitalized and automated environments.
• Native Spanish and at least B2 English.
