About the role

Ready to join one of our Airbus programs in Spain? Airbus offers a curricular practicum internship for final‑year students to acquire professional skills by developing a project within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing Customer Support Center processes and tools.
• Identify pain points and areas for improvement, including resource consolidation, control and follow‑up.
• Propose innovative solutions and strategies to optimise processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and deliver digital solutions to address identified pain points.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, findings, recommendations and final results.
• Adhere to Airbus Defence and Space quality standards and project‑management methodologies.

Required profile

• Studying a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process optimisation.
• Team spirit and excellent collaboration abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Demonstrated interest in customer experience, service improvement and digital transformation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in presentation software.
