Cyber Security SOC Integrator & UseCase Factory Specialist

About the role

Join the Digital Campus at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete as a Cyber Security SOC Integrator & UseCase Factory Specialist. You will help design, implement and operate security solutions that protect the company’s digital assets across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise SIEM and log‑forwarding pipelines to ensure full visibility.
• Design, build, test and tune high‑fidelity SOC detection rules and automated playbooks.
• Provide continuous technical support to SOC analysts in daily operations.
• Drive SOC strategy, architecture and continuous improvement aligned with business and security needs.
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance cyber‑security detection and response.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s in Cybersecurity preferred).
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• SIEM/XDR/EPP architecture and operation.
• Log management and data parsing.
• Detection engineering platforms and SOC rule development.
• AI integration for security use‑cases.
