Cyber Security - SOC Integrator & UseCase Factory Specialist

About the role

Join the Digital Security – Defence Team at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete, working within the #CORE DIGITAL CAMPUS ecosystem to design and deliver cybersecurity solutions that protect the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise SIEM and log forwarding pipelines across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Design, build, test and tune high‑fidelity SOC detection rules and automated playbooks.
• Provide continuous technical support to SOC analysts in daily operational workflows.
• Drive SOC strategy implementation and continuous improvement, aligning with business and security requirements.
• Integrate AI technologies to support the evolving cyber‑security transformation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s in Cybersecurity preferred).
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.

• SIEM/XDR/EPP architecture and tools.
• Log management and parsing.
• Detection engineering platforms.
• AI integration for cyber‑security use cases.
