About the role

We are seeking a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Benalmádena, Spain. In this hybrid position you will assist Danish banking customers with their account queries, digital banking needs, and transaction issues while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and chat support to Danish‑speaking banking customers.
• Handle enquiries related to accounts, payments, and digital banking services.
• Assist customers in using online and mobile banking platforms.
• Resolve account, payment and transaction‑related problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and confidential handling of financial information.
• Utilise transaction‑processing and credit‑assessment systems to address issues.
• Deliver consistent, professional service throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish (C2 level) – both spoken and written.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online banking platforms.
• Experience using transaction‑processing systems.
• Familiarity with credit assessment tools.
