Data Migration Senior Associate

About the role

Strada delivers payroll, human capital management and financial management solutions to organisations worldwide. The Data Migration Lead delivers data migration activities for a country as part of payroll implementation projects, working closely with clients and project teams to ensure data is migrated accurately, on time and in line with agreed quality standards and project requirements. The role manages day-to-day migration activities, coordinates DM Support resources, guides clients and reports progress to the Workstream Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data migration cycles and manage data validation and reconciliation
• Resolve data issues and support testing and deployment activities
• Lead migration workshops and discussions, communicate data requirements and support data quality and cleansing
• Report progress, manage risks and issues, guide DM Support resources and drive delivery within scope, time and budget
• Recommend suitable solutions, resolve issues and deliver country-level migration outputs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to work in shifts and on multiple projects at once
• Team player and team leader
• Knowledge of HR, TIME and payroll concepts and related data migration processes
• Functional knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft and payroll (SAP PY, PT, Fiori)
• Advanced Excel, MS Access or similar tools, ideally with ETL familiarity
• Passport and willingness to travel for business
• High level of English
