Database Operator - Dutch Native Speaker (Homebased, Spain)

About the role
iQVIA is recruiting Dutch-native speakers to join its Madrid Production Hub as a home-based Database Operator. The main task is to call healthcare professionals and pharmacies by telephone to collect, verify and accurately record key information, keeping data up to date according to project guidelines and internal quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Verify information by telephone and email with healthcare professionals.
- Research all available sources of information to complete verifications accurately.
- Compare new data against the existing database in match activities.
- Alert the manager proactively about any issues or deviations from standard procedure.
- Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and, in some cases, translating short text passages.
Required profile
- Dutch native speaker (mandatory).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and strong teamwork skills (mandatory).
- Ability to keep to tight deadlines.
- Professional communication skills by telephone and email.
- Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
