Healthcare Professional Relations Agent (English Native Speaker) - Madrid

About the role

IQVIA is recruiting English native speakers to join its Madrid Production Hub. The main purpose is to build a stable pool of doctors who will take part regularly in market research studies. You will build trust with participants during recruitment and follow-up on questionnaire completion, and keep their information up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation in market research studies.
• Create doctor engagement and invite doctors to join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve the highest possible participation rate.
• Maintain the information on healthcare professionals and help them with queries.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and, in some cases, translating text passages.

Required profile

• English native speaker.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

The role is office-based for the first six months, with hybrid working available afterwards depending on performance.
