Digital Transformation Strategic Program Manager

About the role

This role manages and leads key quality programs across multiple functions and teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement through AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation and digital transformation initiatives. It covers program strategy, budgets, resource allocation and requirements, with a focus on scaling outcomes through technology-enabled solutions. The position sits in the quality area and works full time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a program involving several functions and project teams to promote a quality culture and improve the quality of a product or service offering.
• Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation and support requirements for the assigned program.
• Manage supporting project teams and internal partners, adjusting schedules and resources to meet product requirements and the development timeline.
• Communicate progress, escalations and issue analysis to stakeholders and collaborate with management and partners to implement changes that resolve issues and keep budgets and roadmaps on track.
• Identify risks in quality project implementations and communicate them proactively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Share lessons learned from concept to launch and mentor less experienced staff.
• Drive the integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7-10 years of experience, preferably in project and program management, quality, lean six sigma or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma and Quality certification.
