Director Digital Trust Platforms

About the role

The Director of Digital Trust Platforms will lead the design, implementation, and governance of consent, preference, identity, and access management solutions across global, regional, and country markets. Based in Barcelona, the role works closely with Data, Analytics, AI, Commercial Launch Strategy, Medical, and Value & Access teams to deliver scalable marketing platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance, integration, and operation of consent and identity platforms within omnichannel ecosystems.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies across all platform processes.
• Translate commercial and medical strategies into actionable digital marketing solutions.
• Shape and contribute to the overall Data, Analytics, AI and Platforms strategy.
• Enable scalable platform orchestration while adapting to local market needs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable impact.
• Integrate consent and identity platforms with centralized marketing technologies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to guarantee ethical and secure data usage.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and change initiatives throughout the platform lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field such as IT, marketing analytics, AI, data science, bioinformatics, engineering, mathematics or statistics.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, data, analytics or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing infrastructure within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or consumer sectors.
• Deep hands‑on understanding of pharmaceutical data sets and their business applications.
