Director of Marketing & Communications – Caribbean

About the role

The Director, Marketing & Communications – Caribbean will shape and execute Gallagher’s regional marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, lead generation and stakeholder engagement across multiple Caribbean markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive regional marketing and communications plan aligned with business growth objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Area Presidents and senior leadership on brand positioning, market opportunities and communications.
• Design and launch growth‑focused campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes such as lead generation, client retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional business leaders to translate market insights into revenue‑generating initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee corporate communications, executive messaging, public relations, media engagement and stakeholder communications.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Leverage market intelligence, customer insights and performance analytics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior marketing or communications leadership roles, preferably within a multi‑market environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision‑making and drive commercial results.
