Director of Product Management – Southern Europe

About the role

ADP is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its product business across Southern Europe. Based in Milan or Barcelona, you will own product‑market fit and business outcomes for Spain, Portugal and Italy while influencing the global HCM platform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth, adoption, profitability and NPS across the region, sharing revenue and client‑retention accountability with regional leadership.
• Shape and own the regional product strategy and roadmap, aligning with ADP’s global platform direction.
• Embed regional market needs into global roadmaps, balancing standardisation with localisation.
• Lead AI‑enabled product innovation, partnering with Engineering, AI and UX to deliver intelligent HR and payroll experiences.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance and data‑governance standards.
• Build and coach a high‑performing team of Product Managers, establishing strong discovery, prioritisation and outcome‑measurement practices.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery through launch, ensuring speed, quality and scalability.
• Act as an executive product partner, engaging directly with enterprise clients, partners and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing regional or multi‑market product portfolios with measurable business impact.
• Track record of delivering growth, adoption and customer value in enterprise environments.
• Experience in a global product organisation with local market adaptations.
• Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains such as HR tech or payroll.
• Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder‑management skills.
