Director, Office Capital Markets

About the role

JLL is seeking an accomplished real estate professional to join its Office Capital Markets team in Madrid as Director. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and drive strategic growth across the capital markets platform, helping maintain the firm's position as a market leader in one of Europe's most dynamic commercial real estate markets. The position is on-site in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team as the main point of reference, fostering collaboration, mentorship and high performance
• Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, and drive business development within Spain's capital markets ecosystem
• Solve complex problems around capital markets transactions, market analysis and strategic advisory
• Use JLL's technological tools to improve efficiency and champion proptech and data-driven insights
• Focus on three priorities: people, clients and growth, using ESG and DEI principles

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles in commercial real estate, capital markets or related fields
• Proven track record in people management, team development and performance leadership
• Strong network and established relationships within Spain's institutional investment community
• Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and English required

• Deep knowledge of office capital markets, investment strategies and transaction execution
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Comfort with technology adoption and integration of digital solutions into client service
