Occupancy Planner

About the role

JLL is looking for an Occupancy Planner for its Occupancy Planning business line, based on site or campus level. The planner ensures that every site is optimised and complies with client workplace standards, understanding available space, workplace conditions and headcount projections by local business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of space planning solutions aligned with property strategies and business needs
• Handle site-level blocking, stacking and adjacency planning
• Develop migration plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves
• Maintain CAFM / IWMS data so reporting is accurate
• Resolve planning issues raised in customer planning meetings with the MAC team
• Compile a tactical view (e.g. 24 months) of the campus and integrate it into the strategic forecast of business space requirements
• Prepare communications for business representatives, including floor plans, stack plans, summary data and spend approval documents
• Advise clients on space policies and standards, record exceptions and perform data accuracy audits
• Work with senior site leadership and area occupancy planners on site-specific planning strategies
• Manage service requests in the service request module, prioritising and summarising them regularly
• Report actual versus projected seat demand, current supply and capacity, and forecast inventory changes and site metrics

Required profile

• Relationship building and customer service skills
• Tactical planning, problem solving and ability to deliver multiple projects at once
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Preferred: space planning experience including stacking, blocking and adjacency planning
• Preferred: experience with activity-based working programs

Required skills

• CAFM / IWMS experience
• Microsoft Office tools
• AutoCAD skills preferred
