Director, Service Supply Chain Transformation (COE)

About the role

The Director, Service Supply Chain Transformation Center of Excellence defines and leads HP's multi-year transformation strategy for its Service Supply Chain organization. The role sets the future-state vision, roadmap, governance and capabilities to modernize service supply chain operations across physical and digital priorities, partnering with Plan, Make, Source, Logistics, Returns, Finance, IT/Digital Transformation and other Centers of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term transformation vision, operating model and capability roadmap, and develop and govern a multi-year transformation portfolio aligned to strategy, investment priorities, ROI and capacity.
• Identify and advance network designs, digital capabilities, process improvements and operating model changes that improve service, cost, quality, productivity, resilience and customer experience.
• Drive prioritization of initiatives and investment plans through fact-based recommendations and trade-off analysis.
• Lead a global portfolio of transformation programs, establishing methodologies, phase-gate reviews, governance, decision frameworks and performance management routines, and tracking benefits realization and adoption.
• Partner with senior leaders across functions to align priorities and resources, clarify accountability, and lead change management, readiness planning, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise Service Supply Chain leadership on strategy, network evolution, digital initiatives and execution risks.
• Lead a global team of program and project managers, business solution architects and subject matter experts, building capabilities and leading talent development, performance management, organization design and succession planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience in supply chain, service supply chain, operations, transformation, program leadership, consulting or a related field.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional transformation programs in complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps, governance models, investment priorities, business cases and value realization mechanisms.

• Pay range of $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually, with possible bonus and/or equity (US candidates only).
